What we expect from you:

Your Role:
  • Strategic Leadership: Support the Chief Executive in prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensure resources are allocated and utilized effectively.
  • Process Management: Analyze and evaluate existing internal processes with attention to detail. Identify optimization potentials and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee key projects and initiatives of the executive board. Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and provide ongoing status reports to the board and relevant stakeholders.
  • Operations Management: Monitor operational activities and performance within the company to ensure goal achievement and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communication and Coordination: Promote internal communication and coordination between various departments to ensure smooth operations and implementation of corporate strategy.
  • Executive Assistance: Support the Chief Executive in administrative and organizational tasks in daily operations. Organize and prepare meetings, create presentations and reports, and manage special requests and projects.
  • Representative Duties: Represent the Chief Executive at internal and external events, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Applicants from other fields with relevant experience are also welcome
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry
  • Flexibility and the ability to operate and succeed in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong strategic planning skills combined with the ability to address and solve operational challenges effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Strong initiative and the ability to think ahead and adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Organized, loyal, and integrity-driven, eager to represent the company’s interests both internally and externally
  • Fluent in German and English
